Your right to delete your data
Family Fair Play is operated by BR - Tech s.r.o., Československej armády 2044/87, 017 01 Považská Bystrica, Slovakia (Company ID / IČO: 47685425). We respect your privacy and your right to have your personal data erased. This page explains how you can request deletion of your account and all of the personal data we hold about your household.
This applies to data collected through the web application (app.familyfairplay.com), the website (www.familyfairplay.com), the Android application, and any account created or linked via Facebook Login.
What data we delete
When you submit a deletion request, we permanently remove all personal data associated with your household, including:
- Your account and login details (email address, and any Facebook ID associated with Facebook Login);
- All family member profiles (names, avatars, age categories);
- All tasks, task assignments, completion records, and reward data;
- Household settings and any other content you entered into the Service.
How to request deletion
You can request deletion of your data in either of the following ways:
- By email: Send a message to roman.bednar@brtech.sk from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Data deletion request". To help us locate your data, please include the email address (or the name) used for your household account.
- From within the app: Open Settings and use the account / household deletion option, or contact us using the same email address above.
If you signed in using Facebook Login, simply email us as described above and we will identify and delete the data linked to your Facebook account.
Processing time
We will confirm your request and permanently delete your data within 30 days of receiving it, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Articles 17 and 12). Some records may be retained for a limited time only where required by law (for example, accounting records for completed payments); these are not used for any other purpose and are deleted once the legal retention period expires.
