Most apps make you click. Open the menu, find the button, fill the form, confirm. Fine for one task. For running a whole household, it's a chunk of your evening, every evening.
WebMCP flips it around. You don't hunt for buttons — you tell your AI agent what you want, and it performs the steps for you, right inside Family Fair Play.
What it is — in plain words
WebMCP is a new way for the app to "talk" to an AI agent. You don't learn commands or code. You just say it like a human: "Add a mowing task every week and assign it to me." The agent does it in the app.
Important: we don't give you the agent. WebMCP is just an open door — the gateway your agent uses to work with the app. That's the difference from "some robot inside the app." It isn't our robot. It's your agent, which through WebMCP can control Family Fair Play reliably and precisely.
Let's be straight: you need your own agent
For this to work you must have your own AI agent installed — for example a browser extension or an MCP client that supports WebMCP. Without it nothing happens; the app itself does not include an agent.
That's an honest condition, not a hidden detail. If you have an agent (or you're willing to install one), you unlock control that saves you time every day. If you'd rather not, you lose nothing — you keep using the app the normal way.
What you can actually tell it
A few examples the agent handles through WebMCP in a single sentence:
- "Add a take-out-the-trash task every other day and split it between me and the kids."
- "Show me who's most overloaded this week."
- "Approve all the kids' completed tasks and award their stars."
Why it's fast and token-efficient
When an agent drives a normal web page "blind," it has to read the whole thing, guess where each button is, and click step by step. That's slow and it burns a lot of tokens (and money).
WebMCP is different. The agent sends the app a precise command and gets a precise answer — no reading the whole screen, no blind clicking. Fewer tokens, lower cost, less waiting. It does exactly what's needed, first try.
Time you can't buy back
This isn't about owning a "smart toy." It's about leverage. A few seconds talking to your agent replaces a few minutes of clicking — and a few minutes a day is really hours a month.
We see it simply: we save the time that's precious to you — and give it back where it belongs: to your family.
Who it's for
Let's be honest — this is for the type who likes to stay on top of things and automate the routine. It's an optional add-on and it's part of Premium — you don't buy another AI from us, you connect the one you already use.
No browser needed: connect directly in Claude or ChatGPT
A browser extension is one path. The other — and simpler — is adding the app straight into your agent's settings as a Custom Connector. You don't need an open tab or even a browser: it works from your phone, even when the app isn't in front of you.
In Claude it takes under a minute:
- Go to Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector.
- Enter the address
https://app.familyfairplay.com/api/mcp. - Confirm Connect — it redirects you to sign in to Family Fair Play (the same account as the app) and to a screen where you approve access.
- Done. Your agent can now read and update your household whenever you ask.
Both paths (the extension and the Custom Connector) lead to the same tools and the same data protection — you only need one, not both. Pick whichever fits how you normally use your agent.
Try agent control
Unlock Premium and let your agent handle the routine. You can still use the app the classic way — WebMCP is just the faster shortcut.
